MOLD REMEDIATION
TYPES OF MOLD
The most common types of mold.
Alternaria, Aspergillus, Cladosporium and Penicillium are not the only types of mold in homes. Stachybotrys (or “black” mold) is a dangerous mold that can produce mycotoxins. These mycotoxins may cause serious health issues such as breathing difficulties and other respiratory problems.
OUR PROCESS
Our team uses advanced techniques to remove mold from your home. We start by checking the moisture levels and using dehumidifiers to remove excess moisture. We then contain the affected area and use HEPA air scrubbers to catch any particles. Our team removes the affected materials and treats the area with special chemicals to ensure complete removal.
NOTE: We ask that you have the source of the water damage or leak repaired before we begin.
TREATMENT & INSPECTION
After all affected materials are removed and bagged, the area has been treated with a special chemical and allowed time to penetrate the affected surfaces. The area is then fogged with a fogging machine using a special chemical to kill any mold spores in the air.
We then carefully and methodically visually inspect the area to ensure that remediation of the area is complete.
NOTE: We do request that you have a certified and licensed mold inspector come and inspect and test the area before and after the remediation.
